While we probably both agree that the 1-color art looks considerably different than the 4-color art we started with, the 2-color art looks great and is an easy way to save a lot of money on your printing.

One way to keep your costs down is to plan ahead.  We've grown accustomed to quick delivery for just about everything.  Waiting until the last minute will cost you in most situations but more so in the screen-printing and embroidery business. Why is that? Let's have a look at the normal process below...

Notice how there are two sections in yellow? Custom orders often involve shipping products more than once. 

Now imagine a rush job for an item needed in 5 days.  This item happens to be warehoused in one state and printed in another.  You're likely looking at multiple expedited shipping charges, which can stack up quickly. "Last minute" in this industry is roughly 5 business days.

Giving yourself plenty of time to get the job done helps minimize the need for expedited shipping and rush fees.

How much time should you give yourself?  Every job is different but it's best to start at least 4 weeks ahead of your deadline.

However, we understand that in today's fast-paced world, this is not always possible. If you do have a rush order, we can handle it, and we will do so at minimal additional cost to you.
